This guy scammed out of 750 euro in person. I have sent a police report but is there anyway to find his real name?

The person introduced himself as “Michael Wall” and claimed he was from Ireland. He said he was in Norway to watch a football match, but that someone had stolen his backpack containing his bank card.
He told me he could transfer money to me online, and then I would withdraw the same amount in cash for him. He sent me what appeared to be a payment receipt through WhatsApp. Based on that, I withdrew cash and gave it to him.
He may also have mentioned Amsterdam, but I am not certain about that detail.
His WhatsApp account did not have a profile picture. The photo I have of him was taken with my iPhone. It is cropped and was taken in portrait mode. He specifically asked whether I wanted to take a photo of him, to make me feel more reasured.
