Traffic was declining. Food costs continue to rise. I was facing the fear of closing. 3rd party apps charge way too much, that I was barely making any margins on delivery orders.

Then one day, instead of blowing off another vendor, I said what the hell...and I listened. It takes a lot to swallow your pride and ask for help.

Traffic is picking back up, I connect with my customers, and I am pocketing more than 60% of my delivery orders.

It's great to have people that genuinely care. Even better is sharing what I've learned, to hopefully help someone who is in the same position as I was.

Shutting the lights off for good will have to wait for another day..all because I allowed myself to ask for help.
