So i am in a peripheral deemed medical follege in a rural area with 5 residents in radiology. Before you judge, the patient load is crazy like 40+ mri per day, 200 Usgs (AnC + abdopelvis) ,25+ ct scans and 100s of xray along with biopsies.. but the burnout we get is real.. we come at 8 in the morning and go to room at 3 in the moring around 19 hours and this is for off call and on call people stay at the hospital whole night and again continue their duties without any break . Typing, log books, screening , history and managing pt all is done by us..Like it gets so fucked up . I dont even know wht to do already lost 10-+ kgs in 3 months.. please suggest some prwctical soliutionszzzseat leaving penalty is 1 crore..
