so i am making a discord economy bot a no matter what i do i cant get the commands to load in to discord i tried everything

so i was making a bot with another dev he was teaching me python along the journey of making the bot (i am a newbie btw) and he decided to leave for personal reasons and now i am left with a code that has 15 bugs and is semi functional

if anyone can help me i would be thankfull

note: all the bugs are simple but i am not skilled enough to debug them or assist me where to start learnig python .

i want to learn how on python and idea where to start from or any tips in general?
