iOS beta testers wanted for gluten-free food checks

I’m testing Cucumber, an iPhone app that helps people check supermarket products for gluten-free diets. You can scan a barcode and set detailed checks for things like gluten, wheat, barley, rye, oats, “may contain” warnings, vague ingredients, and whether you require clear positive gluten-free evidence.

It’s not meant to replace reading labels or manufacturer advice, but to act as a configurable second check while shopping.

I’d really appreciate feedback from gluten-free users.

Cucumber iPhone food preference App

I’m looking for a small number of iPhone beta testers for Cucumber, an app I’ve been building.

Cucumber helps people organise products, check details, share useful lists, and manage personal food preferences or dietary rules. I’m especially looking for feedback from people who:

- check ingredients or labels

- manage food preferences for themselves or others

- follow vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, IBS, lactose-free, or other dietary preferences

- want a clearer way to organise products they trust, avoid, or want to remember

- help family members or friends make product choices

It’s still early-stage, so I’m looking for honest feedback on what is useful, confusing, missing, or not working well. If you have an iPhone and would like to try it. You’ll need Apple’s TestFlight app installed.

Thanks to anyone who gives it a try.
