What ruins a streaming platform for you?

I think some platforms seem okay at first.. Then I use them every day. Small problems start to bother me.

For me it's about consistency. I don't care if its perfect at first.

What's the one thing that makes you quit a platform?

Is it when it takes forever to load?

When it keeps buffering when lots of people are using it?

Maybe the sound is not, in sync?

It just freezes randomly?

Is it when it doesn't work on your device?

Something else entirely?

What's the first thing that makes you stop using a platform for good?

Streaming quality matters more than quantity

During the last months, I tried to experiment with different services because, you know, it got so annoying to see constant buffering and various problems at night.

The biggest surprise was that many services looked pretty similar to each other at first, but after using them for a while, the impression completely changed.

There were those that worked well during the daytime but suffered from problems on football nights and weekends.

Then, there were those whose interface seemed rather complicated, yet, they were much more stable for the long-term use.

These are the things I learned to appreciate more than anything else now:

-Loading time of channels -Stability during the busiest hours -Synchronization problems -Compatibility of the app with various devices -Randomly interrupted streams -If there is any feedback about the problems

At this stage, personally, I can say that stability seems way more important than additional thousands of channels. Curious if others here had the same experience? What became your biggest deal breaker after testing different services?
