The PT channels SPORT TV2 and SPORT TV3 are not working in any category. Could this be a problem with Strong or with the reseller? Any suggestions?

i have ott strong panels had 10 domains purchased from namescheap but getting suspended by domain isnt there a way to let customers watch without interruption customers getting frustrated asking for urls shall just i use 8k vip guys what do u recommend

I bought a 1-year Strong subscription a few months ago.

When it works, it actually works really well and I have no complaints about the performance itself.

The problem is that every few weeks (usually around every 2–4 weeks), the server addresses just stop working. Every time this happens, I need to get updated addresses and reconfigure everything again.

It's pretty frustrating because sometimes I even lose saved favorites and settings in the process.

Also, this doesn't seem related to ISP blocking, and I'm already using Google's DNS.

What's making me wonder even more is that with services I used in the past, this never happened to me. I used the same link for years without ever needing to update or change anything.

Is this normal behavior with Strong, or are server address changes every few weeks unusual? Has anyone else experienced this?

Is anyone else having an issue where I'll play a channel and then suddenly it goes to a black stream? It seems like today it's super unreliable, I've tried everything to correct it.

My domain fails every time I try to put it into “My Host”. Why is it happening and how does this work? I am struggling with this. Anybody has some clear cut instructions on how to do that?

I've created an epg in google drive and added it to my player, all works great. I'm stuck on registering it in Discord. I've created a discord account and joined the server, but don't see the option to register the playlist. Any help appreciated.

My reseller does not respond anymore, how do I obtain more credits? Anyone been in this situation before?

I have a few providers including Strong. No US Fox channels are working. Anyone else experiencing this? All other channels seem fine.

What happened to the Argentinian channels? They no longer appear in Strong's programming.

Important information to reduce support requests

My domain is not working—what should I do?

1- Check your domain registration

Log in to the website where you purchased the domain and confirm it is active and renewed. Domains can be suspended for nonpayment or abuse. If the domain is suspended or canceled, resolve that with your registrar before proceeding.

2- Test the domain on a customer device

On the customer’s iPhone, open Safari while connected to their home Wi‑Fi and test the domain using MY WD‑card, MyCloud, or MyCloud Pro. Append “/c” to the URL to trigger the connection check, for example:

http://test85.wd.mydomain.com/c/

http://cf.mydomain.com/c/

http://pro.mydomain.com/c/

If you see a connection error or a block message from the ISP, the domain is likely blocked. In most cases this cannot be fixed and you will need a new domain.

Do not use your primary/private domain for testing. Use a separate domain for trials to avoid blocks and abuse caused by sharing test access with unknown parties.

3- Re-add the domain in the control panel

If the domain suddenly stops working and it is not suspended, remove the domain from the billing panel and add it again. New nameservers (NS1/NS2) will be generated—copy them, paste them into your domain’s DNS settings, remove the old nameservers (NS1/NS2) save, wait about one hour, then test again. This often restores service.

We hope this helps. Please pay a bit more attention to these steps to avoid issues.

٢- اختبر النطاق على جهاز العميل

على جهاز iPhone الخاص بالعميل، افتح متصفح Safari أثناء اتصاله بشبكة Wi-Fi المنزلية، واختبر النطاق باستخدام خاصيه WD Card أو MyCloud أو MyCloud Pro. أضف "/c" إلى عنوان URL لتفعيل فحص الاتصال، على سبيل المثال:

Hi I have strong 8k since a few days but it freezes sometimes so bad i don't understand why im using the hotplayer and a 250 mbit connection via lan cable.

Any tips ?
