Did anyone notice that clients have to confirm recurring sessions weekly one by one now? It used to be simple wherein they just confirm all sessions at once:. Now I have to remind parents weekly to confirm the session which can be annoying for both of us— they didn’t know that they would have to do that one by one. Ugh
I cant believe they removed incentives or your ACTUAL rate for no shows! So for example you’ve had this student at base rate of $18 and is now at $40 for so long- then you only get $18 if they don’t know show up and if they cancel, you get only halt of that base rate which is $9. I want to know if they are still charging clients full for this or did they make this change to make up for clients??
Really hate how some parents dont confirm sessions even though you remind them countless times! I hate that they get charged full price still for these unattended sessions and tutors cant even claim for a no-show because it’s unconfirmed. Ugh this is just so disrespectful.
Anyone losing students even though clients did not intent to?? How is VT deactivating their accounts without notice and even if payment is active??

Is there any tutor here who also hates their recent updates?? Invoices take forever and tutors can’t get immediate assistance because you can’t talk to anyone but AI Assist. This is beyond frustrating.
