Looking for recipe using high protein cream (Sahneprotein)
In Germany I've seen "Sahneprotein" a couple of times in stores. It's marketed as a high protein/lower fat substitute for cream in cooking. It works the same way as protein powder in that you mix the powder with a liquid and then can use it in place of cream in cooking. I was wondering if anyone has made ice cream with it or a similar product before? I feel like it could make a really creamy high protein ice cream, but I'd love to hear from people who have tried it.
