In Germany I've seen "Sahneprotein" a couple of times in stores. It's marketed as a high protein/lower fat substitute for cream in cooking. It works the same way as protein powder in that you mix the powder with a liquid and then can use it in place of cream in cooking. I was wondering if anyone has made ice cream with it or a similar product before? I feel like it could make a really creamy high protein ice cream, but I'd love to hear from people who have tried it.

Just read an article about this case that said that Celeste had traveled with David to Texas, London, and some other places to "meet his family" and that his friends knew they were "romantically" linked?? How did they see him with this 13/14 year old and just... not say anything? How was it that she was traveling internationally with a man that her parents had apparently never met? On the day that she died, she took over an hour long Uber ride to his place, and was picked up at 8:40 pm. Honestly I don't think I would've even been allowed to leave the house at that time at that age. I don't want to blame her parents-- we all know who's guilty here-- I'm just struggling to understand how a 14 year old was able to spend so much time with a grown ass man, and nobody seemed to say anything.
