Should I still date if I'm not financially ready to get married yet, or should I wait until I am?

I am looking more for women's perspectives on this. Do you think men should date with the intention of getting married in the future if they are broke at present, or should they just avoid women altogether? I mean, would you date someone who isn't ready for marriage?

I just reached 31 achieving nothing in life

Today is my birthday, the only thing I could achieve in this life is a pathetic masters degree. I have no career, just working at jobs unrelated to my field of study that have taken me nowhere. Is there anyone in the same situation here? How do you cope? Do you think there could still be hope? I feel too old. I don't think I will ever be able to become financially independent. At this age, I still have never held more than 200k DZD in my hand. This is embarrassing.
