20 year DT customer Animal rescue volunteer of many years.Just turned 71.My husband and I were followed around as if we were filthy shoplifters at your Knoxville store .Laughable! I saw another woman complain of such in a review.My husband stood in the middle aisle with his hands hanging away from his sides while I shopped to stop them from following.

Long story short when confronted the LOUDMIUTH tall male manager tried to talk over me in a loud voice when I complained..

STILL I went through with my purchase of over $500 and made them fetch my pick up order. $19O.

As a retired public serving business owner you are only as good as the people on the front lines

As I left I thought 'Oh how I LIVE REI and their stores!"
