[HIRING] Video Editor for Realtor Long-Form Content ($50–$80 per video)
Looking for a skilled video editor for realtor-style long-form content (12–18 minutes).
Requirements
Strong long-form editing and pacing
Clean storytelling and professional transitions
Geolayers proficiency is mandatory
Motion graphics experience (only around 3–4 minutes of the video will require motion graphics)
Details
Majority of the edit will consist of relevant b-roll, a-roll, and talking head footage and minimal motion templates.
All assets, footage and project material will be provided.
Including the plugin.
Budget: $50–$80 per video (Consider the higher end most probably) Will try to push to 100$ to 120$.

As a video editor myself, I understand the amount of effort, creativity, and attention to detail these edits require.
This is long term opportunity.
Minimum 6months to a year of commitment.
I am not an agency, I am a video editor myself. I got this job on my portfolio and wanted to help out fellow editors, you might ask why i didn’t take it, is because i am a content creator myself, already got enough work on my hand, money isn’t my biggest motivation, I prefer work-life balance.
