Advice and reassurance please!
Husband and I bought a 2003 ColemanBayside with only a childhood camping amount of experience. Some things we have discovered since purchasing:
Extensive water damage to front storage box. (This we knew of initially.)
Wet/rotten wood cabinet at front, next to storage box.
Small leak from roof track, currently rotting a portion of ceiling inside camper.
We purchased because of size and quality of canvas, vinyl, screens. All in great condition.
Water damage is my nightmare however I have a pretty positive outlook about what we are getting in to. My husband is distraught as he looked at and purchased without consulting me. I would have not purchased had I see it in person.
Are we screwed? Can we do this? Should we sell???
