Bought the game yers and years ago. I believe the first few states they added got included for free as an update.
Since they have added quite a few states as DLCs.
Wondering if anyone has experience with both the base game and DLCs, and if I'm missing anything by not getting them.
Unlocked the Forrest Sherman and wanted to level it up. However since adding it to my lineup Im getting giant open conquest games VS battleships and heavy cruisers, no smaller maps with patrol boats I can farm.
With just a few shots of light HE Im doing nothing but annoying the larger ships. Plus, my rangefinder definitely needs to be upgraded before I can be anywhere close to accurate near 30k+ feet. Ill aim at the same spot and get 4 shots over 1k feet over, 4 shots over 1k short, and maybe one will clip the edge and do nothing.
Is it just part of the growing pains in the naval tree, or is there an obvious strategy Im missing?
