I am SO tired of having HSV 2. I get outbreaks 24/7. As soon as the outbreak disappears, I get a new one after just a few days. My doctor says that she can’t go on suppressive therapy because I have not had it for that long. ( I have had it for like 6 months ) . Hsv 2 has literally ruined my life. What can I do to get less outbreaks? Many people say get rid of stress but how..? Please help I’m honestly so tired and I hate my life.
