Considering switching back to Semaglutide - looking for advice

I started my weight loss journey nearly two years ago. I spent the first 15 months on Semaglutide, lost 80lbs, and switched to Tirzeptide after a five month plateau. Since then, I am having wild food noise and will eat anything in site the last three days of each shot cycle if I don’t exercise an extreme amount of self control, and my inflammation has ramped back up. I’ve titrated up to 15mg, and am still struggling. I’ve gained back around 12lbs. Tirzeptide seems to be a miracle drug for everyone else I know who is on it, but that hasn’t been the case for me at all. My side effects are better, but frankly, the nausea was keeping me thinner. I know both medications interact with the body differently, and perhaps Semaglutide is better with my individual body chemistry. Does anyone else have experience boomeranging back to Semaglutide? Would appreciate any thoughts or advice.
