OrderlyMeds Can KMA

I started using OrderlyMeds back in February. I was happy initially when they were using CasaPharma. Then with my most recent order they used SmartPharmaRX and my meds arrived warm. I have no idea why this pharmacy did not ship it in a Styrofoam cooler with ice packs the way every other pharmacy ships tempature sensitive medication. They shipped in a regular polymailer with 2 ice packs sandwiched between some random padding. The pharmacy is in FL and so am I so you would think they'd have used common sense but here we are. So I called the pharmacy first to let them know the icepacks melted and my Semaglutide was warm and they gave me the run around not returning calls or emails. So then I asked OrderlyMeds to handle it and of course they also gave me a bunch of BS about how the medication is fine warm for up to 5 days. I'm done with them. I need to find a new company (preferably without a monthly membership) so please share if you have one you've been happy with and would recommend. Thanks

Has anyone skipped a dose?

Just curious if anyone has skipped a dose and what to be on the look out for. I'm going on vacation for a week and was planning on just skipping this week while still watching what I eat. Any tips?

Hair loss

Hi! I was on compounded semaglutide from November 2025 to early May 2026. It was great while I was taking it and I lost about 30 lbs with minimal side effects. However, my husband and I are considering trying to start a family and so I made the decision to stop. Since going off, my hair has been falling out like crazy. I have never had shedding or been able to see my scalp like this before and I swear I’ve tried everything to no avail. Has anyone else had luck with restoring their hair to before the meds? I’ve tried taking iron supplements and other over the counter supplements for hair growth. I don’t want to start something like minoxidil that I’d have to stay on forever to maintain results.

Positive experience switching from tirzepatide to semaglutide?

Surprised I’m not finding more discussions on this. I was on compounded tirzepatide for a year and a month — down 60 lbs — and just switched three days ago to compounded semaglutide for cost savings and because I’m just trying to maintain at this point.

I had no side effects on tirzepatide and I know that side effects are reportedly worse on Semaglutide; unfortunately I’m finding that to be true. I have a bit of an upset stomach since the shot and I’m generally tired. I have to assume that I should give it a few weeks for my body to adjust. I was on 15 mg of tirzepatide where I maintained the same weight for about 3 months, and so they have me on the equivalent of semaglutide, which is 2.5 mg.

I’m curious if anyone can share a positive experience about the switch, if it took time to adjust, have tips on how to power through, etc. Or, if you experienced this for a while on the sema and made a switch back.

TIA!

We’ve reached out to our pharmacy partners and have been told we have BPI inventory still on hand and will have for the foreseeable future!

Most of our members are seeing their orders ship within 2-days if not the same day.

You can view BPI (with a six-month shipped up front option), Apothecary, Hallandale and other pharmacy options below:

BPI - Compounded Tirzepatide with B6 (503b) - $185 p/m; $447 quarterly

- 1 month: $185
- 3 month: $447

- 6 months: $897

Link (Reddit only): https://get.gimme.care/start-online-visit/reddit
Important: must use this link to receive this pricing.

  • BUD: up to 1 year
  • Any dose
  • Ships to all 50 states
  • 180 mgs – 3 vials of (20mg/ml - 3ml vials)
  • Price per mL on doses 13.5 and higher: $2.48 m/l

Some notes on BPI: If you notice the concentration difference between Hallandale and BPI, you will see BPI is higher. Based on your provider's recommendation, you may have to inject fewer units than with other concentrations. Always speak with your provider, but I just wanted to call this out since it is a new-to-us formulation. Your provider determines which option is appropriate for your prescription, and fulfillment may vary based on state and availability.

Apothecary Pharmacy - Non-additive Compounded Tirzepatide formulation:

  • 1 month: $199
  • 3 month: $497
  • 216 mg total (3 vials @ 72 mg)
    • Cost per mg: $2.30
  • Non-additive formulation
  • Ships to all 50 states
  • 6-month BUD
  • Any dose

Link (Reddit only): https://get.gimme.care/start-online-visit/reddit
Important: must use this link to receive this pricing.

Hallandale Pharmacy (non-additive)- $185 p/m or $447 quarterly

Hallandale - Compounded Tirzepatide with no additives (503a)
- 1 month: $185
- 3 month: $447

Link (Reddit only): https://get.gimme.care/start-online-visit/reddit
Important: must use this link to receive this pricing.

  • BUD: ~90 days
  • Any dose
  • Does not ship to: AL, AR, CA, HI, KS, MI, MN, MS, MA
  • 180 mgs – 3 vials of (15mg/ml - 4ml vials)
  • Price per mL on doses 13.5 and higher: $2.48 ml

Some notes on Hallandale: The quarterly plan can come with all three vials, or only two vials, with a second vial being shipped depending on BUDs. Because this is a 503(a), they can only list 90 BUDs. Their formulary hasn’t changed since last year, when the BUDs were one year, but because of new regulations, they can only list 90 days on the vials.

What this means for you: If you order a quarterly plan, and you only receive TWO vials, you will receive a third one before the end of your treatment. You do not have to do anything additional; it will ship when their next batch of treatments is ready to go. Not all quarterlies will come with two vials, some will come with all three vials. It just depends on the pharmacy’s batch date and the date of your order. If 90-day BUDs are available at the time you order your quarterly plan, you will get all three. If the BUDs of the current batch do not reach the end of your medically necessitated treatment plan, Hallandale will ship your final vial before you reach the third month.

Apothecary Pharmacy Delays
If you placed an Apothecary order within the last 10 days, I wanted to share a quick update. Their fulfillment partner, Quaker Pharmacy, temporarily ran out of inventory, which created a delay on some pending shipments. They’ve let us know that shipping is expected to begin again on Wednesday, and those delayed orders should start moving out as inventory is restored.

I know delays like this are frustrating, especially when you’re trying to stay on schedule, and I really appreciate everyone’s patience while this gets sorted out. We’re staying close to the pharmacy on these orders and will keep pushing for clean, fast follow-through as they resume fulfillment.

Sync States Visits and Why Some Patients Get Their Orders Faster
Some patients are seeing delays and some are not because state telehealth rules are different, and that changes how quickly a provider can authorize treatment.
In some states, a provider has to complete a live synchronous visit before a prescription can be authorized. That adds an extra step and can slow things down compared with states where async intake or follow-up is allowed.

Here’s the breakdown:

Sync required for both intake and follow-ups:
DC, Louisiana, Mississippi, Puerto Rico

Sync required for intake only, but async follow-ups allowed:
Arkansas, Georgia, New Mexico, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, North Dakota

What that means in practice is that two patients can submit around the same time and still move at different speeds. If one patient is in a state where a live provider visit is required, their order may take longer than someone in a state where the provider can review and authorize asynchronously.

So when you see some orders moving faster than others, it’s not always a pharmacy issue or a queue issue. A lot of the time, it comes down to the rules in that patient’s state and whether a sync visit is required before the prescription can move forward.

I am working my way through the inbox every day, and if you haven’t heard back you will soon! With all of the pharmacy panic, my inbox for DMs is over 100 every morning but I am trying to get it down tonight!

Thank you guys!
Chloe

My joints aren’t sore anymore!

Since I started semaglutide injections about 10 weeks ago for weight loss, I’m intrigued by the side effects, some of them good some of them not so good. But the one that has me amazed is that my joints feel ten years younger. I am assuming it’s due to the anti inflammatory side effects, but they are not achy and stiff and sore everyday like they were before, and that has been such a blessing. The only pain I really experience is brief muscle soreness from the intense workouts I can now do again - because my joints don’t hurt! Eventually I will go off of the semaglutide, but I hope my joints won’t go back to being achy and sore again, although I assume they will as soon as the effects wear off?

Semaglutide after side effects.

I was doing the semaglutide shot for about 2 months and did not liked the way it used to make me feel. Stopped cold turkey and now am really suffering of this so called anxiety spells, dizziness, shortness of breath, gone to the ER and nothing is wrong. Horrible diarrhea, my head feels too heavy, fast palpitations and just very tired by 2-3 pm. Has anyone else experienced this? I started taking magnesium and ashwagandha and that is helped me a bit. For those that have experienced this, how long does it last? When would i feel back to normal?

What's everybody paying? Membership fees included

Hi all! I started on Wegovy for 6 months, then my insurance dropped coverage. I started with Mochi and have been with them for almost 2 years. I pay $79 a month for compounded semaglutudr and a monthly $99 membership fee, so about $180 a month. I'm happy with them, it works and I think it's probably one of the less expensive telehealth companies. But what is everyone else paying? I'm curious.

Which telehealth brands would you suggest for semaglutide?

Trying to pick a telehealth program and WOW, to say there are a lot of options would be an understatement.... I'm struggling to figure out which one to go with

Some brands just give you medication, which of course is the main thing. However, others offer dietitian support and physician check-ins which I think is particularly helpful since losing weight often requires a mindset and habits shift. Quick fixes rarely work

Harbor is one. Ro is another. Has anyone found success with any telehealth providers? I would really appreciate the help!

Switching providers advice

Hi all. I have been on compounded semaglutide for about 1.5 years and I have lost 60 lbs. and am now at my goal weight. I have been getting the medication from Eden the whole time and up until the past few months that has been fine, but they have become unreliable and my prescription is due to be renewed. Is it easy to switch? Will I be able to switch if I don't have weight to lose anymore? I am on a maintenance dose. Would it be cost effective to switch to an FDA approved like wegovy? I am so confused, the landscape has changed since I originally started. I am paying about $200/month right now and my insurance doesn't cover.

13 days Unopened, unrefridgerated compound semaglutide. Is it safe to use?

My semaglutide was stuck in transit. Its been out of the refrigerator for 13 days, unopened. The bottle was cool to the touch, probably room temp. I promptly placed in fridge.

I'm wondering if I'll be safe to use it. Anyone have any experience with this or any side effects, toxicity or injection site reaction from unopened, unrefridgerated semaglutide?

Thanx

Wild cravings after dose?!

Does anyone have any info or data on increased desire to binge eat? I’ve been taking compounded sema for 4 weeks now, worked great! 2-4lbs lost each week. That being said, I took my shot yesterday and craved sweets and bad food. This is very untypical for me! I eat a balanced Mediterranean diet and never had a binge eating problem. This feels like it came way out of left field!

My only thought is my desire to eat was greatly decreased so my caloric intake was really low most days, like 900-1500 calories per day. On the lower end all last week - so maybe my body was craving more calories? I have no idea.

I felt defeated today and also physically felt like crap because I ate foods I don’t normally eat like ice cream, cookies, and bread with cheese. Totally binged. I never do that! Don’t have a history of it either. I’m also a non drinker 30 days going strong.

Any thoughts or advice are welcome!

Decided to try GLP-1, start taking right away, or wait until after holiday?

Hey, I should have my first shipment arriving tomorrow. First time trying this stuff. I know we have a multiple day campout / hanging with family this weekend where I'm assuming there will be a fair amount of food / beer. I also see that it takes a while before you start noticing anything. Should I take my first dose when I receive it tomorrow or wait until after the holiday weekend?

Protein Goals

So i did some research and based on my weight this is what i got i need about .55-.9 grams of protein per my body weight or 187 grams a day equivalent to 45-50 per meal if I eat 4 meals a day. Hear me out here tho there are days like yesterday where I felt nauseous most of the day and had no appetite and the thought of trying to eat something made me squimesh. I took my shot last thursday so its not like I just took it. Honestly most days i really dont feel like eating but i do try to eat a dinner cuz i have to cook for my 9yo. I fir purchase some Atkins high protein shakes and oatmeal cups hoping this helps in the day. My question is how are u all getting that much protein and fiber in your diet daily?

First dose!

Today is my birthday and I also received my first order of compounded semaglutide. I’m excited and I hope this gives me relief I’ve been looking for! If anyone has any tips for the first few weeks, I’m all ears as I’m not sure what to expect besides some nausea.

Reporter hoping to speak with people who stopped GLP-1s and maintained weight loss

My name is Simar Bajaj, and I’m a journalist working on an NBC News story about people who stopped taking a GLP-1 for obesity, even temporarily, and were able to maintain their weight loss.

I’m interested in what that looked like in real life: whether you stopped suddenly or gradually, how you dealt with the return of hunger or food noise, whether the drug helped you make lasting diet/exercise changes, whether you worked with a clinician, and whether you later restarted, microdosed, or switched medications.

If this describes you and you’d be open to being quoted in a story for NBC News, I’d be grateful to hear from you — and connect over a call.

For transparency, I was previous on staff at The New York Times and am now working on this story as an independent journalist. I'm happy to verify my identity and affiliation — however you'd prefer. Thank you so much for considering!

What's missing in GLP-1 support from telehealth platforms, if anything?

I asked before if people would pay extra for unlimited pharmacist text support through a telehealth platform, most said no. So genuinely curious, what's missing for you when it comes to support on a GLP-1 through these platforms, if anything at all?
