Safe to use warm vial?

Trillium is awesome. There was an issue with my BUD in my order not covering my last two shots. I got a replacement order which is above and beyond what I expected.

However, just being honest, one of the vials was just delivered to my door WARM to the touch. I put it in the fridge right away. Ice packs were 75% melted if not more, but the vial must have been in direct heat on the truck. We have an extreme heat warning right now in Phoenix. I will have to look into possibly having FedEx hold my order at a facility next time?

But, meanwhile, how safe is a WARM vile? Was overnighted so it did not sit on a warm truck for days or anything.

Two cold vials, one WARM vial :( What to do?

This is the second time this has happened with hallandale. It's 108 degrees here in Phoenix, I get it, but I will have to stop getting vials delivered to my house. They do a good job of packaging but it takes FOREVER for Fedex to get to my house, even if it's overnighted. The ice was 75% melted.

Two of my vials were cold to the touch and one was VERY warm. It just was in an unfortunate area probably getting blasted by the heat in the truck. I labeled the warm vial. I do not know if it is safe to use or not? It's in the fridge. I hope it is salvegable?

I will have to look into hold at Fedex facility from now on? Do you think that's better? I don't even know if the facility would allow me to pick up sooner and if the facility is even cold? I guess this won't be a problem in the winter but ughhhhh.

BUD always 90 days?

So if you order from most telehealth and do the 3 month option are all the vials going to have a BUD very close to the end of the 3 month treatment?
Is it better to order one vial at a time then?

Second week no effects. Starting to worry.

I am worried my vials are not effective anymore.
I started June 2025 and I have titrated up to 1mg. I did not feel any side effects on .25mg and .50mg, no weight loss but I did lose inches and the medication did help with not overeating and not binging.

I did two weeks of .75mg and I felt it SUPER strong and I was very happy with the reduction in food noise! My third week of .75mg I did not feel the medicine working at all. I had zero side effects that I sometimes get after the shot (nerve sensations) I questioned all week if I took the shot in a bad spot.
I just took my first 1mg dose 2 days ago and I feel NOTHING. In fact I am super hungry today.

I am getting worried there is something wrong with my vials and I am injecting medicine that has lost it's potency?

Apron belly affect absorption?

My last injection was my right lower belly, and I have a large hanging apron belly. I swear the shot never kicked in this week. I just never felt the usual side effects at all. Or it's a coincidence and I am suddenly use to that dose (.75 sema)
I keep pressing AI to tell me if there could be less circulation or different tissue with a large hanging apron belly that would make absorption harder?
It says maybe but on reddit everyone says it's all in your head and that it shouldn't matter. It's hard to find an answer.

If you have a large hanging apron belly, where do you inject? Do you avoid the lower hanging part? Should I stick to above my belly button away from the apron?

Week 3 of a new dose always feels like it's wore off. Anyone else?

This is a pattern now. I am still titrating up but by week 3 of a new dose it doesn't feel as strong. I know it's still "working" but it's just not obvious anymore. Like for two weeks straight I will feel STRONG food aversion and then week 3 is "I feel normal" in comparison.

How do you find a no judgemental dentist office.

It's the hygenists that always make me feel bad and not want to return. It's never ever the dentist. Ever since I was little I remember just feeling shamed by the hygenist and it honestly never got better as an early adult. "You need to be doing this better or that better" and meanwhile the dentist seems happy as a clam I am even giving him my business.
Is there like a chain or company that serves people who don't want to be shamed?

▲ 12 r/Vitamix

15 year old vitamix fixed, I've fallen back in love.

All it needed was a new drive socket. I had been avoiding using it for years because it did not sound right to me.
A new drive socket and it works as good as brand new. I am SO glad I didn't buy a ninja. Now that it's back to tip top shape I am back to making homemade almond milks, nut butters and green smoothies.

Vitamix for life.

Bi-Rad 3 - 6 month follow up was traumatic.

So I went in trying to have a positive attitude although I was low-key terrified. I was scheduled to have both a diagnostic and an ultrasound today.
I go in, have my mammogram and get sent to the lobby to wait.
The tech comes out and says "I think the doctor wants you to have a biopsy, hang tight and I'll let you know"

BIOPSY? I haven't even had my ultrasound yet, it must have grown or gotten worse! I spend the next hour texting my support and freaking out trying to calm myself down.

It took an HOUR to hear from anyone. She comes back out and apologizes and said there was a connection issue and so it took a long time to hear from the doctor. She said, the ultrasound tech will come to get you shortly.

I get my ultrasound, it was really quick. Then the ultrasound tech takes me into a room and says everything looks normal and to come back in 6 months.

WTF? I said, the other lady said I needed a biopsy and she said no.

I was so distraught and I am trying to make sense of it all. I am still waiting to see the final report. I wonder if the mammogram mispoke and meant to say ultrasound, not biopsy?

I need a knock your socks off recipe..

I remember in the 90s when my parents had a bread machine it was the absolute best bread I have ever tasted in my life. I have no idea what recipes they were using.

I just got into making my bread just using a stand mixer and my oven, with bread flour, butter, eggs, yeast, sugar or honey, etc and honestly it doesn't have that intoxicating smell I distinctly remember.

I am wondering if bread machine recipes used certain ingredients that just takes bread to the next level? Except.. not being mean.. but my friend made me a recipe in her breadmachine using AP flour and vegetable oil and I was.... underwhelmed.

Does anyone have a good recipe for bread that is so good you can give it as gifts to family members etc? Thats the kind of bread I remember....

People having better success changing injection sites.

I have read stories of several slower responders now saying once they switched from their belly to thigh or upper arm suddenly the weight loss started and they felt the medication much stronger. Some people say the same exact dose knocked them off their feet (figuratively).

Google is not helping me find out why this might be?

Have any slow/non-responders tried a different location to see if it helped?

Heart rate keeps rising.

It seems with every dose increase my RHR is going up. It's more than the 1-4 beats google says is normal. It was around 72 when I started and today it's up to 85 after my last dose increase to 1mg. It's slowly gone up, not a sharp rise over the last 2 months.

Man, this sucks. I have no other symptoms but honestly I don't even notice the increase, I only know because of my fitbit. I do notice it goes up 2-3 days after my shot then by the end of the week it lowers.

I wonder if I will have to titrate back down to .5mg and just plan on staying there. I'd rather take a low dose than no dose.

Yes, I am telling my PCP and he said he will order an EKG.

How long did you give Sema before switching to Tirz?

How far would you titrate up on Sema before switching to Tirz if you didn't lose weight on Sema?

Thanks

Don't feel effects from second .5mg dose

So last week was my first .5mg and wow I could really feel it a step up from .25mg which didn't do much. I spent most of the week feeling really full.
This Monday I took my second .5mg dose and it never "kicked in", it's Thursday and I swear it's like I injected water. I have only felt really tired this week but that could be a coincidence unrelated to the shot.

Has this happened to anyone else? Or is it normal to feel it strong the first new dose change and then the second week it wears off?

Finally eating the same meals as my kids.

Been a Mom for 19 years with four kids and most of their life I haven't eaten what I've served them. Meal time has been dysfunctional because I was always doing some kind of diet like shakes for dinner, or zero fat zero sugar zero carb and they didnt want my weird concotions. Now I am servng myself what I make for them (for example I made Annie's Mac & Cheese, home made meatballs, mixed veggies last night) and I am sitting and eating with them. I want to cry because this is how it should have always been but I couldn't eat a normal portion and feel full or I was just scared I would eat the entire box of mac and cheese. Semaglutide makes me feel like a normal human for once.

Scale not moving that much

36 days on Wegovy and only 2 pounds down. The scale has been up and down since I started, I really can't trust it.
My shirts are loose, my undies are loose. It FEELS like I have lost 10 pounds but the scale does not want to budge. The same thing happens to me everytime I do Keto. The scale will not budge for 6 weeks and then I willr andomly get a woosh. I am hoping I get a woosh soon.
I am due for my second .50mg shot this weekend so I know it's still early days. All these people saying they lost 10lbs the first month is making me scared this isn't working. My appetite is reduced and I don't snack at night anymore. So I can tell it's working, so why isn't the scale moving!? I feel cursed! It must be water weight?

Split .5mg dose .. wow it's working! No hunger!

Instead of taking .50mg all at once I did Thursday/Monday .25mg and it was my first time increasing. Today is 2 days after my second .25mg and food noise is absolutely gone. Unless this is a fluke and unrelated but holy cow.. is this how the meds are suppose to work!? Before I just felt a little full after I ate but this is like.. I don't care if I never eat again feeling. (Of course I am going to eat) and I am drinking electrolytes and plenty of plain water.
I do not plan to do split dosing anymore, I am waiting a full week after my last .25mg and doing the full .50mg now thoough. I expect the food noise will come back by Monday but I am forcing myself to wait and get back on a regular weekly schedule.
