Dosing question

I am doing my very first shot Tuesday and just wanted to make sure I understand this correctly.

This is what I was prescribed in the first 3 vials that I received. (Hallendale flex dose vials). The first vial is 1ml, 2nd is 2ml and 3rd is 3ml. They are all the same 10mg/ml.

Hypothetically, if I were to take 2.5mg weekly and not titrate up, these 3 vials would last me 6 months? The BUD of the 3ml vial is Sept 20th. So it would be past that date by the time I even started that vial. Is that OK?

Should I pause my treatment until I'm close to finishing the 3rd vial so I don't end up with 3 more vials that will be pretty old by the time I start using them, and they are also a higher mg/ml so would last even longer it I continued at 2.5mg.

Just want to make sure I'm following the best method. Thanks in advance!

Just Injected 5mg Hallandale For First Time

After a week on Mounjaro at 2.5mg with the single dose pen it was time to move to the compound from Hallandale.

I must admit I was nervous to self inject but in the end had zero issue and barely felt the injection. Also, no stinging or any discomfort due to it being cold as some have reported. Out of the fridge and into my belly.

On with the journey!

How do you decide if you want all the same dose or three doses on your first order?

So you can choose 2.5 for all three or titrate 2.5,5,7.

I want to start slow (slower than 2.5) I was thinking .25 to see how I respond then move up if needed or as tolerated.

So how do we decide on that first order what we want to do when we don’t know yet how we will respond?

I was so skeptical but trillium is amazing

So you can check my post history and I was a nervous wreck about starting tirzepatide and especially starting a compound online. I just wanted to give trillium a shoutout though because I’ve lost 26 pounds in just over 7 weeks and I’m still at the 2.5mg dose. I’m 28 (f) 5’9 and started at 196 and am down to 170 now. However even when the medication arrived I was still scared to take it so if anyone is looking for a sign to start here it is. I will say I walk between 5-10 miles a day and that has helped tremendously both mentally and physically and tirzepatide doesn’t do all the work for you but it makes it so much easier to stay in a calorie deficit when you’re not constantly thinking about what you’re going to eat next which was my reality. Literally food is the one thing I’d look forward to all day everyday and it feels great having that peace of mind now. If anyone else has similar experiences I’d love to hear it as I’m taking my next shot tomorrow and I’m wondering if it’s time to titrate up a bit.

Shot tracking question

Do y'all track your shot in Trillium as well as in a be separate app? I've been tracking in both Trillium and GLAPP but since I'm double inputting data I want to drop to just one.

I'm Trillium does the telehealth and Doctor see the shot tracking or is it just for me?

Brag on Trillium

New patient after paying Lilly Direct for 10 months. I completed intake at 7:45 AM on Wed. Package arrived at my doorstep at 10:30 this Fri morning. Awesome communication from them throughout.

And a note that I completed intake w/ Pom before this, but between the lack of communication from them, the horror stories I’ve been seeing lately, and the unprofessional portal/website (soooo many typos), I didn’t get the good feels at all. Happy I changed over before placing my order w/ them.

Shipping Delay

Long story short, prescription was sent to Boudreaux on June 19th. They created a label and provided shipping info the following week. But they never shipped it. Support looked into it and they promised this past Monday it would be shipped. That didn’t happen. Still not shipped and I assume I’m not getting it this week. I did message support today. So next week would be pushing 2-3 weeks. I remember with ProRX I received it in less than a week. Anyone else have this problem?

Mobile app

So far I've been impressed with Trillium. I put in my first order and the turnaround time was insane. The only thing that leaves me wanting more is a mobile app. Is there one potentially in the pipeline ?

Quick question from a complete newbie

I'm brand new to GLP-1, but I do take another injectable medication called Dupixent. It's a pre-filled syringe that is kept in the fridge, but their instructions are to remove from the fridge at least 45 minutes before injecting to allow it to increase in temperature a bit and it can stay out of the fridge up to 14 days. With Tirz, I understand it's a vial and syringe that I have to fill. Once in the syringe, am I supposed to inject it immediately?

I've been very impressed with Trillium so far. I found the site on Monday, completed the forms, and I'm receiving my first dose today on Wednesday!

New Customer - Unreal Turnaround Time

Due to cost (my work insurance deductible is INSANE), I am switching from the name brand Mounjaro to the compound through Trillium. A timeline of how it went for me:

Monday 11:00PM - Submitted my information for review
Monday 11:20PM - Received approval and notified that my order was sent to the pharmacy
Tuesday 7:00PM - Received notification my order has shipped via FedEx and will arrive tomorrow (Wednesday)

Their ability to dispatch my order this quickly will ensure that I don’t miss a dose moving from the Mounjaro to the compound.

For those that might ask, I choose Hallandale pharmacy for my compound.

I have to say I am very impressed with how quickly they process and dispatch their orders to their customers. Additionally, their website is very thorough and the communication is excellent.

Very happy I choose Trillium so far. So far so good!

Refills

Question. I’ve paused my auto-renew, because I am sticking to 5mg for now so my meds will last me a bit longer than anticipated. however, the website still says my next shipment is planned for 8/3. I don’t want to be charged without warning. What am I doing wrong?

Syringe Questions

I ordered from Hallandale and my first shipment is scheduled to arrive on Friday. I have been using prescription Mounjaro in the injectable pen so far.

I understand that Hallandale will be shipping syringes as part of my prescription. What is the gauge and length of the syringe? How far do I need to inject the syringe when injecting?

Thanks in advance. First time I will inject myself and a little bit nervous.

Anyone here try Nova?

Hi. Thinking about making the switch over ti trillium after reading fantastic reviews and customer support. I been on Tirz for 1 year now. Prefere the B6...was using fifty and good life. I have a comfortable amount of inventory but in August my GLM script is due for a 3 month refill...before I cancel it I had a few questions. I see the BUD is 120 days for NOVA...has anyone here recently purchased from them...I see they have B6. And does a 3 month supply come all at once. This subreddit appears to be more friendly and helpful...less snark then the others with crazy down voting. Thank you in advance for your reply and help. Be well always

Amazing customer service

Just wanted to give a shout out to the amazing service I've received so far. I started semaglutide with Trillium in April and was super impressed with how easy and fast everything was (I think it took maybe 2 days to get my order from the time that I signed up).

I was a dumb dumb and opened my vials in the wrong order so the first 2 months I thought wow, I'm going to have so much medication left over and I delayed my shipment accordingly. Eventually I realized that not every vial had the same amount of medication and I would run out sooner than I thought. Oops. (Don't be like me, pay better attention than I did!)

Logged in today to change my shipment date but was unable to. Messaged support and got a response back within literally 30 seconds. I don't think I've ever interacted with any online business that had THAT fast of a response time. Big shout out to customer service!

Is it ok to stay at 2.5mg

New to tirzepatide, 2 shots in to be exact.
Prior to this I was on oral Wegovy and so glad I switched no more bad nauseous systems. I did wait a week from my last pill of the Wegovy before starting injections.
My question is it’s only been 2 weeks or 2 shots and already know this is working out way better for me. Not much of an appetite. I’m just thinking ahead of my next 2 months [ordered 3 months supply].

Currently taking concentration 5mg with dose 2.5mg. My next month is set for 10mg concentration and with dose of 5mg.
Would I be able to just cut back the 2nd month to take what I’m currently on. The BUD date is only for 90 days on my 3rd bottle which is concentration of 15mg with dose 7.5mg.
I have a feeling those may be too much being I already feel like it’s a job to sit and eat.
Any input off of your experience will be greatly appreciated
