I thought my batch was probably fine but figured I should check diligently with a flashlight to be sure. Sure enough, there appear to be small particles in all three of my vials.

I just reached out to support to ask how they are handling the issue. I’ll report back when I hear from them.

Edit: to update you— I reached out to Trillium and they let me pick another pharmacy and are sending me replacement vials. Can’t get better customer service than this!

Hello, can someone at Trillium give their insight on the Hyalo floater story? I was getting ready to pull through trigger on them since I guess Apothecary is no more but I'm waiting to see what the Telehealth companies are getting back with hopefully their direct communication with this pharmacy on the floating particals. I have a vial from one of the contaminated lots. How do I go about requesting a non-Hyalo replacement?

I am currently on vial #3 of my first 3 month order. I have stayed on 2.5 and doubt I will need to increase my dose before I reach my goal since I'm feeling great wth appetite supprsesion and food noise. 30 lbs down so far!

I am 10ish lbs from goal, so I anticipate reaching my goal while still on vial 3. If not, the next vial I will use will be the Apothecary vial for the $149 special that was posted not too long ago.

I have delayed my next Trillium 3 month order til the end of November. I will have to do a new intake if I delay the shipment any longer since my refill expires mid December.

So, I will definitely start maintenence at some point while I'm on the Apothecary vial. I was just going to continue my second order with the remainder of the flex dose, but I feel like I will have them FOREVER since my maintenence dose will be lower than 2.5. I am fine with going past the BUD, but this would push me wayyyyyyy past the BUD.

Thoughts? Should I request the next 3 vials with lesser amounts in them...but not too low since I'm ok with going past the BUD?
