Second Three Month Order Thoughts

I am currently on vial #3 of my first 3 month order. I have stayed on 2.5 and doubt I will need to increase my dose before I reach my goal since I'm feeling great wth appetite supprsesion and food noise. 30 lbs down so far!

I am 10ish lbs from goal, so I anticipate reaching my goal while still on vial 3. If not, the next vial I will use will be the Apothecary vial for the $149 special that was posted not too long ago.

I have delayed my next Trillium 3 month order til the end of November. I will have to do a new intake if I delay the shipment any longer since my refill expires mid December.

So, I will definitely start maintenence at some point while I'm on the Apothecary vial. I was just going to continue my second order with the remainder of the flex dose, but I feel like I will have them FOREVER since my maintenence dose will be lower than 2.5. I am fine with going past the BUD, but this would push me wayyyyyyy past the BUD.

Thoughts? Should I request the next 3 vials with lesser amounts in them...but not too low since I'm ok with going past the BUD?

4 week positive update!

Taking shot #5 tonight....and it looks like there is enough in my first vial from Hallandale to get another 2.5 out of there!

10.2 lbs down! Continuing on 2.5 since I feel amazing, no side effects since the first shot. So happy!!! Thanks, Trillium, and thanks to all the helpfulness in this sub!

Order #2 Questions

First, I would like to reiterate how happy I am with Trillium! Second, I took my 4th shot yesterday and I am down 9 lbs. I am THRILLED, especially since I only have had minor GI aide effects, which happened after just the first shot.

I feel amazing, my food noise is 0, appetite suppression and fullness are still as high as they have been since the first shot, so I plan to continue with 2.5 unless I feel I need to increase.

Should I tell my teleheath provider I plan to stay at 2.5? Or is that not necessary? I intend to use the meds past the BUD since I am sticking to the lower dose. I plan on pausing my membership and refills since I will have excess meds. Will this create a problem? Will the provider be ike what are you doing? Am I able to adjust order #2 to to the dosage I want? My concern is with placing the second order at the standard dosing of 10, 12,5, 15. wont that make me have meds for wayyyy past the BUD if I am sticking to 2.5ish? I know i will like have to increase at some point, but I plan on doing smaller increasing than recommended, like by .5 or 1.

First Week Experience So Far...

Hey, everyone! Brace yourself for the long rant!!!

I chose Trillium thanks to the wealth of info and feedback/surveys from the this sub. So grateful!

I am 45, 2 kids. I exercise every day and have always been an exercise junkie since college. I lift weights, use my Peloton, jog. It is rare that I don't do some type of exercise every day. Sickness or crazy work schedule are the only things that make me skip a workout. I love to exercise, eat healthy during the the day, but my problem is when I get home from work, Ill eat dinner and then just binge in crap. I eat from boredom and get horrible junk cravings after dinner. I had my second kid at 40. Weight creeped up on me after that...definitely have some peri-menopause going on. I have tried dieting....it used to be so easy for me...i would track my calories poof, the weight would melt off quickly. Fighting cravings was easy. My 40s has kicked my butt. Im a good 35 pounds overwight. Im still shocked that I gained so much. But, the scale wont budg. Tracking calories does nothing. It's so hard for me to lose anything, even with exercising a ton, and I just give up easily and get depressed and eat junk, then I best myself up the next morning. But, nothing changes. I finally decided to take the plunge!

Anyway, I submitted my intake late Tuesday night, woke up to an approval and script sent to pharmacy notice. Meds shipped on Thursday AM and I had them by Friday afternoon! Awesome turnaround time!

OK, experience with the meds so far. I did dose 1 at 730 Friday evening. I felt totally normal the next day. Went to the gym and lifted weights, normal breakfast of oatmeal, yogurt, and fruit. I was like ok, I feel fine. Had a light lunch because I was taking my kids to see Toy Story and wanted to save room for popcorn...thinking to myself I realllllt want popcorn, meds haven't kicked in yet. I got the small bag, sat in my seat and was like eh. Not in the mood. Didnt start snacking til about 30 mins in. WEIRD. Ate half the bag and had 0 desire for more. I was like is this psychological or are the meds working?

Went home, had grilled chicken and some pasta, ate most of it. Had my usual annoying craving for sugar after dinner. My daughter was having ice cream, I sat next to her and took a few spoonfuls and thought to myself I want to eat all of this...meds arent working. Literally a few mins later, I felt EXTREMELY full...like the food was sitting high up on my stomach, like I over-ate like crazy. I was like woooooahhhhj could this be? It was. Bc i was super full and had 0 additional cravings.

Yesterday, I was a bit constipated this morning. Nothing coffee and a jog cant fix. Worked like a charm lol. Had oatmeal and fruit mixed with protein powder/yogurt. Felt fine. I was hungry about an hour later and had an avocado, greek yogurt and triscuits. Felt satisfied, no junk food craving. Woo hoo. I went food shopping with my kids right after I ate and my stomach was off...I had mild nausea on and off...not too bad. When we got home, I forced myself to eat some crackers and almost immediately I felt better. I was also not hungry.

I was really hungry by dinner time. I had chicken with rice...I ate about 3/4 of the meal and bam. SUPER full. I couldnt even look at the dish anymore. I felt like I had eaten a massive meal. Best part? ZEROOOOO sugar/junk cravings. I even said to myself...could I eat cookies right now? Ewwww. No way....ZERO desire whatsoever. Im still in shock...the cravings and boredom eating thus far have been SILENCED...and am sooooo excited.

Weighed myself this morning and I'm down 2.2lbs around!

So Happy!!!

Hey, everyone! Brace yourself for the long rant!!!

I chose Trillium thanks to the wealth of info and feedback/surveys from the compounded tirz sub. I was SO hesitant to move forward with medication, but ended up going with Trillium and Hallandale based in the positive reviews. I also live in FL, which is another reason I chose Hallandale.

Thank you!!! Best Sub Ever!

I have been lurking on Reddit for a while, reading about GLP-1 and where the heck to start. I came across this sub, which is AMAZING! The Wiki guide, satisfaction surveys, and breakdown of how each provider works/prices made the process sooooo much easier for me to do some research. I was so exited to find all this info and cant thank you enough! I went with Trillium and started dose #1 on Friday! Love having all this support and guidance!
