How is Trillium handling Hyalo issue?

I thought my batch was probably fine but figured I should check diligently with a flashlight to be sure. Sure enough, there appear to be small particles in all three of my vials.

I just reached out to support to ask how they are handling the issue. I’ll report back when I hear from them.

Edit: to update you— I reached out to Trillium and they let me pick another pharmacy and are sending me replacement vials. Can’t get better customer service than this!

Ana positive— diagnosed with Hashi’s about 3 years ago

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s about 3 years ago and have been on a low dose of levo since February of this year.

I’ve been complaining about severe fatigue for years now and my PCP ordered a bunch of bloodwork last week.

ANA titer was 1:1280
Pattern: nucleolar

ANA Cascading Reflex 1, 2, and 3 all negative
Sjrogen antibodies negative
Lupus panel negative

I haven’t heard back from my PCP yet. Would Hashi’s make my ANA this high? I’ve been staring at my phone trying to will my doc to call.

First shipment from Boudreaux pharmacy

So last Wednesday I placed my second order through Trillium and my first using Boudreaux pharmacy. It was sent to the pharmacy and pending shipment for a week. It shipped yesterday and arrived about half an hour ago in a silver padded envelope.

The two ice packs were still halfway frozen (I live in AZ and it’s super hot).

The two larger vials were amber-colored. The smaller vial was clear.

The syringes came in one of Boudreaux branded ziploc bags. I may not use them because something weirds me out about the syringes not being in sealed packaging. This is my only complaint. (My first order was BPI and I got two sealed bags of 10 syringes each.) Alcohol wipes were Member’s Mark Brand if anyone cares.

Overall Boudreaux’s appearance isn’t as professional as BPI was, but my only real complaint is the loose syringes.

I haven’t had tirz with glycine so I’m excited to see if there is any noticeable difference once I finished off my BPI with B6.

Trillium customer service support was great as always!

How to prevent this with pixie cut

So I have been growing out a pixie for about 7 months now. However, because of how dry and unmanageable my hair is nowadays (assuming from my thyroid issues) I’m thinking it’s easier to stick with a pixie cut. I love my hair short but the one thing that bothers me is how my hair becomes a little duck tail in the back even though it’s cut straight and starts out looking normal when first styled. Is there a way to avoid this that I can explain to my hairdresser or do I just accept my weird hairline?

Thoughts about moving up

So I started Tirz at the end of April and did 2.5 mg for four weeks. Lost a little weight but was fighting a lot of food noise. I had no real side effects except for maybe 2 days of mild nausea at the very beginning.

I thought maybe I should just titrate up slowly so moved up to 3.0 for shots 5-6. Still not getting the food noise suppression. Was a 0.5 increase too little to notice? I’m wondering if I should go up to 3.5 or do the full 4 weeks at 3.0.

My provider instructions had me going from 2.5 to 5.0 but I was hesitant to make that large of a jump.

So Friday night I ordered Tirz/B6 from Trillium. This will be my first time on a GLP-1. When should I expect to receive my shipment? It was sent to the pharmacy on Friday. I’m just wondering what to expect timing-wise.

I’m definitely a little nervous about the shots. Needles don’t bother me, but I’ve never had to give myself a shot before!

I struggle with food noise that I’m constantly fighting and frankly leaves me exhausted by the end of the day. I’m excited to start on this journey!
