I just got my first shot today. For background, I’m 5’4” and 127-130 lbs. I’ve struggled for two years to get my weight back down to where I ended up after my weight loss journey (109 lbs) through excercise and calorie counting.
I decided to give compounded semaglutide a chance to see if that could help me break the plateau. I have trouble with food noise and binge eating occasionally which I think has played a part in why I can’t get my weight back down.

I went with a “micro dose” plan at a wellness clinic near me and they gave me .2 compounded semaglutide (has B12) that comes from Empower Pharmacy rather than starting with the typical .25.

Anyone have similar experience? Advice?
