I would like to build a pc as a noob
Hey, i would like to build my first gaming pc.
I did have gaming PCs before, if you could call them that. And I have rough knowledge about what RAM, GPU, CPU and such are for.
I just really don't know anything about optimization, what is compatible with, which GPU or CPU is worth buying in 2026, what motherboard I need, cables and so on.
I am a total noob who has a budget of 1.7k euros. If necessary 2k. But I would like to stay in the 1.7k range if optimal.
Any builds you guys would suggest to someone like me?
I don't care about RGB lights, just performance.
And any tips on what I should pay attention to.
I have a friend who offered to help me building it, but he isn't an expert either, although he knows what he is doing. Nonetheless I would like to ask you for some insight.
