Found a rooster! Where can I take it?

So, I found a rooster walking around in the middle of the road, just off a busy street, almost getting hit by cars. I stopped and got out and the rooster followed me around. So he's definitely comfortable with humans. I asked the people in the neighborhood and they said someone had dumped him there on Friday night and he's been avoiding cars there ever since.

He's now safe in a friend's shed for now.

I've reached out to animal control and a few rescues and am waiting to hear back: Rancho Roben, Charlie's Acres. And the ones that are at capacity: One Living, Herd and Flock, Hen Harbor.

Does anyone know of other places who could take in a rooster? Poor guy is just tryna survive in a hard place.
