I am 3 months pp ebf

My midwife suggested the medela freestyle to me when I was pregnant and I liked the idea of in bra cups so that’s what I went for. I have since heard that in bra pumps should not be your primary. Worth it to mention I nurse primarily and just pump when baby gets a bottle about once per day.

I noticed my replacement pumps have been a bit lower so I’ve been trying to do things to up my supply and I’m wondering if it’s worth it to change up my pump.

Freestyle is a hybrid (in bra collection cups connected to tubing and a motor) Specifically I’m wondering if traditional flanges/collection cups would make my pump work more efficiently? It looks like I could buy those parts and use them with my freestyle motor.
