Can somebody explain what Trixie’s eye makeup is supposed to resemble?
I have this thing where I look at Trixie’s makeup and for a second.. I see the crease, wing & the lash and then.. I lose it. When I look at other queen’s eye makeup such as Raven or Dawn, I can clearly see where the lid is, the extended crease, or the giant feux pupil.. & in Trixie’s makeup sometimes I think I see that the big black part is supposed to be the pupil except more snatched and elongated but the shape just doesn’t… idk I just lose it again.. after all these years I don’t quite understand what the different areas of Trixie’s eye makeup are supposed to be. Google says it’s supposed to resemble My Little Pony so I attached a picture below, but the white at the inner corner is the complete opposite shape of Trixie’s & there really isn’t much of a “wing” on their eyes. Am I looking at it the wrong way? Also, to clarify, I am NOT saying Trixie’s makeup doesn’t make sense or isn’t “right”. I LOVE her makeup, I just want to know if I’m missing something and everyone else is seeing it differently than me. The day I realized that the long extended crease on the “staple” drag eye that Raven popularized, was to make a giant snatched lid… it was like a light turned on in my brain and suddenly I could see the giant exaggerated eye shape in all of these queens makeup & it made it so much more fun to look at lol.. so maybe the same thing will happen with Trixie’s OR maybe it’s not supposed to look like anything, it’s her own creation ORRR maybe there is nothing to see bc it’s intentionally abstract? Idk!! I’d love to hear what yall think & if you guys ever think about this too?
