Are my ratto’s fatto’s eyes too small?

Hello! I’ve wondered since I got him, my baby Dante, are his eyes too small? I got him along with his cagemate, Vergil (yes they’re named after DMC) from the same breeder. For a comparison, here’s Vergil on the second slide. Is this normal?
