Protein wafers as replacement for protein powder?
So I have tried protein powders of many different brands like muscleblaze, nutrabox, nutrabay, naturaltein and even different types like plant, whey (even isolate) and yeast protein but every one of them upset my stomach.
A bit of context, Im 30m vegetarian trying live a healthy lifestyle with a very sensitive stomach. I like excersing at home 60 mins 4 to 5 days a week after my job. I'm trying to fulfill my protein requirements but I also can't have my stomach upset again and again as I got to focus on other aspects of life as well; any kind of protein powders doesn't seem to agree with me.
Protein wafers from brands like phab and superyou however seems okay on my stomach. Can I eat one or two of them everyday?
