I have rtx 3060, and ryzen 5 4500 it's bottlenecking my gpu. I want a good upgrade cause I play processor heavy game and do heavy editing. I just need to clarify whether this pc which I'm thinking to buy , can handle FH6 At medium or low graphics 1080p? Even 40-50 fps is good for me , I can even change it to 720p (Cause i was low end pc gamer )

Looking to build a budget gaming under 30-40k PC later add on a GPU.
