Do you think therapy is actually becoming more accepted in India?

I feel like people talk about mental health a lot more openly now, but there’s still a big difference between saying “therapy is normal” and actually being comfortable going to a therapist.

For people who’ve had therapy or seriously considered it, what made you take that step? And what do you think still stops people in India from seeking help when they need it?

Rohit casually hit on shubman's jaw, then Virat told him they're on live camera and even GG couldn't control his laugh 😭😂
