Yawr garmi!🥵

This summer is way too much hot even by nagpur standards, the nights are not cooling. It's already 40 degree+ at 10AM.

Meanwhile aunties are still saying:

“Arre pehle aur garmi hoti thi.” 😭

How are you all surviving this summer?

•Cooler

•AC

•Sugarcane juice addiction

•Constant complaining

•Leaving Nagpur entirely

Also shoutout to everyone travelling in autos this month. True warriors.

Lets discuss crazy rules in your office

In My office , going out even for a small personal work is not allowed. It’s like a jail. Once you come in at 9.30 AM you are only allowed out at 6.30PM . That too if your boss allows to go. You cannot go home without asking permission every single day.

🚨 CRITICAL UPDATE: My Wife’s Weight Dropped to 29kg – Her Spine is Unstable & We Are Running Out of Time (Updated: 20-May-2026)

ੴ Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh ੴ

"Dukh Bhanjan Tera Naam Ji, Dukh Bhanjan Tera Naam..." 🙏✨

I have absolute faith in Waheguru that He will pull my Shahin out of the jaws of death. As a humble person and a helpless husband, I stand before this community with folded hands. Waheguru Ji has guided your kind hearts to support us in the past, and I deeply pray that in this hour of extreme crisis, Guru Sahib moves your hearts to show mercy and stand by us once again. Please hear our prayers.

Hello everyone,

I am writing this with a heart full of gratitude but a soul crushed by fear. We are sharing this crucial update directly from our hospital visit today at RGCIRC to keep all of you informed about Shahin's critical medical situation.

First, a special thanks to everyone for Raheel. Because of your incredible support and prayers, my 1.5-year-old son Raheel is finally doing better and is now stable. However, as one battle settles, my wife Shahin’s fight against cancer has become immensely difficult. We are back in a terrifying situation. Shahin remains completely bed-bound at home, and her condition is deteriorating day by day.

🛑 Latest Medical Situation & Doctor's Notes (As of Today, 20-May-2026)

1.Weight Dropped to 29kg & No Surgery: Shahin's body weight has dropped drastically to just 29 kg. Because of her extreme weakness and frail physical condition, the neurosurgeon and oncologists have clearly stated that she cannot undergo any surgical stabilization.

2.Unstable Spine & Severe Pain: Her spine's stability score (SINS Score) is now more than 12, meaning her spine is highly unstable and under constant threat of further pathological collapse. She is in excruciating pain and requires heavy nerve and pain medications just to survive the day.

3.New Expensive Injections Started Today: To control the bone damage and aggressive progression, the doctor has immediately prescribed Inj Ecentra 120 mg (Subcutaneous) and Inj Fulvaa 500 mg (Intramuscular) starting today, along with ongoing targeted therapies. These new lines of treatment have massively escalated our daily expenses overnight.

4.Breast Wound & Aggressive Spread: The cancer has progressed with new angry-red nodules over her breast area with constant pus and serous discharge. The disease has actively spread to her neck lymph nodes and liver parenchymal.

🔬 Liquid Biopsy & Treatment Costs Awaited.

While Shahin is already undergoing Targeted Immunotherapy, the rapid progression forced us to submit samples for a Liquid Biopsy. We are currently awaiting these reports to see if any alternate medical formulations are needed, which will increase the treatment plan and expenses even further.

🙏 An Emotional Thank You: Your Support Has Kept Us Alive.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you with folded hands. Initially, I managed to spend ₹11 Lakhs entirely on my own by exhausting all my savings and taking multiple personal loans.

Since then, the treatment expenses over the last few months have escalated to ₹22 to ₹23 Lakhs. This massive extension of her treatment was made possible purely because of the ₹18 Lakhs raised through your overwhelming public support. Without your kindness, I would not have been able to sustain her treatment this far.

With these new medical complications, expensive injections, and continuous care, my resources are completely depleted. I beg you—please do not leave our side during this dark phase. Shahin is fighting with everything she has just to see her baby boy grow up. Please help us save her life.

Unusually high temperatures

I am from wardha side, in my village temperatures are even high but here in Nagpur it's feeling unusually hotter, When I walk outdoors in my town and direct sunlight hits I feel the 45 degrees but staying inside any roof/building, it becomes bearable but what I'm experiencing in nagpur is unbearable both outside and inside any roof, is that because of geographical reason or is it because of less number of tress,

Mumbai/pune have more industries and polluting vehicles than nagpur still it's aqi and temperatures are very low, vidharbha have whole forests like gadchiroli and tadoba still temperatures are high it's so unfair 😭

Looking for good gated societies/plot areas in Nagpur for long-term settling

My mom retires in Feb 2030 and we’re planning to settle in Nagpur after that. Most of our family already lives in Nagpur, but because of my mother’s job we’ve been living in Punjab all these years, so after her retirement we’re planning to shift back.

We visited Nagpur earlier this year and checked out a few societies/properties but honestly didn’t like most of them.

We’re mainly looking for a residential plot in a good gated society so we can build our own house. Priority is a safe area, decent educated crowd around, good environment and not too far from the main city.

Would appreciate suggestions for good areas/societies to explore. If anyone has experience living there, even better.

Taking the Biggest Risk of My Life at 18, Moving to Nagpur with Just ₹10,000

I’m 18 years old and seriously considering one of the biggest decisions of my life: moving to Nagpur to build a better future.

I come from a programming background and have taught myself the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js). However, I have no professional experience yet.

I want to move because I believe Nagpur offers better opportunities, a growing IT sector, and much higher earning potential than where I currently live.

The challenge is that I only have ₹10,000 in savings.

That money will need to cover:

  • Travel to Nagpur
  • PG accommodation
  • Food
  • Basic daily expenses

From what I’ve calculated, this gives me roughly one month of runway, so I’ll need to be extremely disciplined with my spending and focused on finding a job as quickly as possible.

I’m willing to work hard and do whatever it takes to make this move successful.

My Questions

  1. Is this a smart decision, or am I taking too much risk?
  2. How realistic is it to find an entry-level job in Nagpur within one month?
  3. What’s the best way to approach the job search once I arrive?
  4. Can anyone recommend budget-friendly PGs or hostels in Nagpur for someone starting out?

Any advice, suggestions, or personal experiences would mean a lot to me. Thanks in advance!
