My base location is different from my permanent hometown address, so I wanted to clarify something regarding wellbeing reimbursement.
My base location is Hyderabad, but I’m originally from UP. If I purchase a wellbeing item online and get it delivered to my hometown address, will the invoice still be eligible for reimbursement? Or does the billing/delivery address strictly need to match the base location address?
I joined Deloitte USI recently and During the Dlaunch session, the host mentioned that the billing address should match the base location, which got me confused.
Has anyone recently claimed reimbursement in a similar situation? Did it cause any issues during approval? Is there any recent changes in the wellbeing subsidy policy on this?

I have few queries to check with the wellbeing team. I know I can call 2222 but I want their response on mail. I already went through the documentation regarding eligibility and FAQs but no mail id is mentioned there. How can I reach out to wellbeing team on mail?
My joining date is 26 May 2026. Will I be eligible to claim the wellbeing subsidy before 1 June? I heard that the balance gets refilled after 1 June, so I wanted to check whether it would be practically possible for me to use the current cycle’s subsidy before the reset.
