hi all- moved to the EV to be closer to the office, have a huge lovely 600sqft 1bed for 3700 w in unit w/d, lease ending jan 1, just missing brooklyn and thinking of moving back. wondering if anyone would be interested in an apartment swap (must have in unit w/d, outdoor space nice to have) for somewhere in greenpoint or williamsburg around what i’m paying or under. even if you don’t have an apartment to swap and are interested in the space, shoot me a message. not 100% sure on anything yet so no pics but can send video tour upon request.
