I hate that the title of this is true. My mom has cheated on my stepdad countless times. It all started when I lived in a different state, when she started sleeping with her co-worker, who we'll name "Josh." I was around 9-10 at the time of this happening, and my stepdad who we'll call "Mark" found out by seeing a text from Josh pop up on my mom's phone. They got into a verbal argument over it, and they didn't talk for days. Mark at the time was making really good money at his job, and was pretty much the sole provider for our income. Mark decided to stay with me, my mom, and my little sister because he knew that if he left we would be homeless, and for me and my mom it wouldn't be the first time we don't have a home.

Fast forward to around October of my senior year of highschool, where my mom and Mark got into another fight because my mom cheated again, and actually ended up breaking up on my mother's birthday. She was going on her laptop on a webcam and constantly flirting with a bunch of guys and trying to be seductive towards them. I guess my sister eavesdropped on me and Mark's conversation about my mom cheating and decided to tell her what I was saying. Me and my mom got into this super heated argument, to the point where we were pretty much screaming at each other because I was calling my mother out on her bullshit. She would just constantly deny, deny, deny, and never admit her wrong doings. Not to mention she also cheated on my biological father (who ended up moving to Florida when I was 10) by also going on webcam and pretty much having cyber sex with them. Surprisingly after that Mark forgave her, and continued living with us.

In December of that same year, my mom had a stroke. Mark was constantly seeing her in the hospital whenever he could, and would hold her and tell her that he loved her. I don't think she cared much about his appreciation, because just a few weeks ago Mark told me she caught my mom taking a picture of her no-no area, and when Mark said "What are you doing?" She ran to the bathroom and came out saying "Nothing! Nothing!" Mark brushed it off because he knew what she was doing, but didn't make a huge deal out of it. I think he didn't say anything because my graduation is coming up, and he doesn't want all of this tension happening in our house while our family comes and visits for my graduation. I've also caught my mom talking to a group chat with a bunch of guys saying they should play a game called "guess the bulge", which is exactly what you think it is. This story probably won't get any attention, but Mark did say that he'll finally confront my mom about her poor actions after graduation, so I might update in about a week. These past few weeks have been exhausting because I have no idea what will go down once my stepdad confronts her. Thank you for reading this if you did, I just needed to get this off of my chest.
