False Reports
A false report was made by someone who I believe is a woman who hates me and has threatened to call CPS on me in the past. They called and said a report was made last week that my 5 year old has drugs in his system. I was absolutely appalled. I don’t do drugs and I don’t even drink. I work and take care of my son. CPS is coming out next week and even though I know it is false I am so upset. I have a older child and have never had a CPS case. What should I expect during the visit? What happens if this girl keeps calling? She doesn’t even have custody of her kids and has a history of drugs so for her to do this all over a man I don’t even deal with anymore is crazy. It’s taking everything in me not to confront her. My son is special needs and I take very good care of him including getting him to all his therapies. Nobody has ever accused me of anything and I even have a respite worker who comes on the weekends to help with him. Everyone is shocked at these allegations. So anyone can just call and say something and they come in and invade your privacy and judge you off what a random person said. I even asked was it a mandated reporter and she so no a person but she can’t say who.
