WTH is wrong with Scott Hardy?
*Rant*
First things first I understand most people drive to work everyday- this is about them costing their employees money without any regard to contracts.
Hopefully this isn’t against the rules.
After deciding not to hire any more remote workers for Conservice- they are now forcing some current remote employees to come into office 3 days a week starting in September- if you live within 30 miles(!) of the main office.
I believe they will be adding more departments in waves.
I seriously doubt they care about the contracts they signed for remote work and I know they won’t be offering raises. They just want people to pay money to get to work for no visible reason. It won’t save them money because they still have to pay for the equipment people can use at home. I know this is just about control and micromanaging because their spyware didn’t get them the results they wanted.
