I have been struggling with PE since I started masturbating, I thought there was something wrong with my body so I went to a urologist, he told me there is nothing wrong with me and it is perhaps a mental issue, even though I believe it is not mental because I do not overthink it but it still happens, what do I do? I get sad every time I look at people my age having everything perfect while I am struggling with such rarity.
