Advice needed Fraud claim declined due to use of physical card
My husband and I went to Paris last week and we were charged 672 dollars for an unknown purchase. When he opened a fraud claim with capital one they denied it because they claimed we used a physical card. My only thought is that sum up is used by taxi drivers and maybe one of them put in the wrong amount or purposefully did so. Under service for the payment it says other instead of travel. We tried to appeal the claim but it’s Saturday and they are closed. Any advice on next steps?
