Head tingling experience
I’m experiencing head tingling on my head and forehead and I don’t know what to do to lessen the effect. It’s just been so bad recently. Accompanied with lightheadedness and confusion. I’m sure it’s because of the meditations I do but I’m trying to find a way to balance this out. Any advice?
