2nd bike recommendations
Afternoon all!
I'm shopping around for a 2nd bike at the moment and wanted the hiveminds opinion on a (relatively) comfortable step up for weekend blasts.
Ive currently got a 2010 gsx650f which i love to bits, and dont plan on getting rid of. It's too comfortable for me and the better half to ride 2up.
That said, im after something a bit more lively for evening and weekend blasts with mates, and doesnt feel as heavy in the corners.
My experience of sports bikes is from sitting on a cbr600rr which felt tight but comfortable, an aprillia rs660, and taking a mates zx6r to a fuel pump.
The zx6r felt stupidly out of position - as if I was practically laying down with all of my weight over the front wheel and felt incredibly unstable. Granted, id never ridden it before, but that felt horrific.
Im planning on taking the cbr out for a test at some point soon.
With all of that, anybody in the 6 foot bracket of riders that have found comfort on a 600 super sport - what was the bike that you found comfortable? I currently have eyes for a 2010 daytona 675. Anyone that has one, please do weigh in on your thoughts of the bike!
