I am looking for buying a constructed house near shikshaa public school, hasthinapuram, chrompet, chennai
I am worried that it is near sembakkam lake dam opening and nanmangalam lake. Is this low lying area which has risk of flood? When i enquired in that area, they said all underground channels are constructed to handle the flooding. Is that true? Where can I get these details? Any lead will be of great help
