IS any human working in IT there now?
Obviously, no human working in IT there now. Usability is a disaster. But WORSE if it accepts your charge card, it then rejects THAT card on the next charge. On my very large order, the items are not being shipped at the same time. Each shipment then makes them deny that card on the next part of the order. My cards are in fine state, paid up, and my credit score is 850 . They also denied my application on line for a Lowe's card. Usability is a disaster on most retail sites now, but this is the worst site I have ever seen! The last piece of the order to ship is the very expensive commercial grill that we need to have switched to natural gas at the store and then pick up. So I will HAVE to waste even more time on getting this order completed!
