Does anyone else get looping lucid dreams? I “woke up” in my bed decided to go explore my house I would find something strange and then wake up in my bed just to do it all over again. When I actually woke up I had sleep paralysis with something whispering in my ear
I have been lucid dreaming for about a year I have almost total control of my dreams, I am able to pull my self out of nightmares but the one thing I can’t control are the people at the beginning it started off with them staring at me and there eyes turning white when they realize I’m aware but now they turn into grotesque creatures and chase me. They can tell when I’m aware really easily recently I have been trying to keep my dreams clear of people but it’s hard the still show up. Does anyone have any tips? Also sorry for the horrible grammar I’m really tired and I want too see if anyone can help before I sleep.
Edit- last night I was able to control them somewhat they still transformed into the grotesque creatures and followed me around. I frequently get sleep paralysis but I never have any hallucinations other than auditory but last night I saw a person standing over me with the same white eyes, Freaky shit.
