Field trip destination

I do urban exploration and this recently abandoned daycare/ameiratown is one of the most liminal spaces I’ve been to, I felt really weird in here

Old photos of my childhood home before it got redesigned (idk these always felt a little liminal to me)

Basement stairs flooded post hurricane…

The photos from hurricanes always come across as unnerving understanding these waters were tied to bayous, homes with bodies, and vehicles submerged in them. Flood waters are typically opaque and all you can see is the reflections in them. Happy to share more if they belong here.

The Washington D.C. Metro's underground stations feel quite unnerving

The roof design and the lighting make it feel so isolated. Like it's in a different loading zone

Liverpool Lime Street

I have only just heard of this type of photography and imagery and I am intrigued. Then I remembered a shot a took when I was back home in Liverpool over 10 years ago that’s always stayed with me. I took it then as it just felt weird being on that platform at the time of the day and it being empty. Feels like a decent transition from brightness of the platform into the admittedly cliched darkness of the tunnel. Would this count as liminal as still trying to get a handle on this. Many thanks for any feedback
