Greetings,

I accepted a good job opportunity in ATL, and though I have some experience with the city I have never lived here. I’m wondering if anyone has suggestions for where to live. I hear great things about VA-Highlands & Midtown for young adults, but wonder about safety. Wondering if you have any input, and apologize if this topic gets old.

Moving to apartment, upper 20s, single man. Love the outdoors & walking & the occasional pint at not-so-crowded places.

Edit; more info. Nurse working at Emory University Hospital. Plan to drive to work for convenience or walk/bike if close.
