Hello everyone I posted in this group about my condition a couple weeks ago. I'm going to see a surgeon who specializes in hs in 2 weeks. I would like to get input on what to ask the surgeon and what to expect if I do get surgery. I've seen 2 dermatologists and they both said that wide excision surgery is the only option for me to get long term relief. I've also been on antibiotics my whole life and have used humira and am currently taking cosentyx. Trying to see how any of y'all who experienced surgery and how the outcome was.
