Class action against Koho

I know many are happy with Koho but there are also many clients who have been treated unfairly and sometimes completely illegally and have suffered consequences.

I was in the first group for a while but ended up in the second one.

Ombudsman has opened a case already but I've also spoken with a lawyer and after presenting all the evidence they agreed there's a strong case and they want to go ahead with a class action suit (Ontario Superior Court), once certified others can join of course but if anyone is interested now DM me and I'll share law firm details to get in touch and join the lawsuit.

Account closed for etransfer fraud

A month ago I sold a couch and sofa set (wife wanted new ones even though these were only 7 months old), sold them on Kijiji for $900

Buyer paid $300 to hold them and then $600 when they came to get them a few days later, by etransfer. All good until 2 weeks later they asked me if I'd buy them back because they ended up moving to a different apartment and they can't fit them..I told them no and thought that was it.

Yesterday I couldn't log in Wealthsimple and after chatting/calling and emailing them they said it was closed due to etransfer fraud - sender requested etransfer back/said it was fraudulent.

Ridiculous of course, I've explained everything and they reopened my account but how is this possible, so if I ever sell anything I should avoid etransfer in case buyers are POS and try and keep what they bought and get money back?
