(Now because I know that someone is inevitably going to mention this; Yes I am aware that he has done fetish art in the past, but he quit doing that like six years ago (made a whole post about it and everything) and all these drawings are from after that point. Not to mention there's nothing really sexual or suggestive about these, particularly since there are canon Transformers literally built like this. So just like shut up and enjoy it okay?)

An obvious place to start is by talking about how a lot of female transformers (especially the more popular ones) tend to have very similar, slender, stereotypically-feminine builds, not made much better when compared to the men who have more bulky and varied body-types. So of course it's nice to see the girls get more equal treatment. (That and y'know, more plus-size stuff is always cool.)

As for the design itself, he did a very great job at making her appear cute and friendly, but not a total pushover either. You can tell that she has no problem fighting if it comes to it. The alt mode is well-made too, a tank makes total sense for this kind of body and you can easily tell what parts go where. Being able to open her treads to shoot missiles out of them and detatch the turret to use as a minigun (although I don't quite know where it comes from, maybe it's on her back and we just can't see it?), so she can still shoot in her bot mode (is that the term?) is also really sick.

(As an aside, she looks like if Blob and Pinky from de Blob did a fusion-dance and that's funny to me.)

(Please note that the forking arrows don't mean the timeline splits or anything, it's just to separate the actual Yoshi games from the relevant Mario ones. Also this is assuming that the Star Child Yoshi at the end of Yoshi's Island DS is the same baby green one in Yoshi's Story, and that THAT Yoshi is the same one playable in the games where Bowser has grown up and take place in the modern day.)

(And I MEAN just Octo Valley. I think remaking the entire first game would be kind of a waste of resources and might possibly mess the timeline up in some way...)

Personally I really think they should. It's just kind of awkward having it be the only campaign not playable on the Switch/Switch 2, particularly since that means a lot of fans are unable to experience the entire story (myself included actually).
It would also be nice to see what additions and improvements would be make, particularly in terms of the lore as the world of Splatoon was pretty self-contained in the first game and so they could expand on certain things now that they have a much clearer vision (for instance, why the octarians specificially had to go underground when they lost and not just elsewher on the surface).
