I never took any kind of medication for hair regrowth. Is there some hope ?

I had SRS 1.5 month ago, will it change something for my hair ?

Overall my hair are very thin and extremely slow to grow, some fall while they are only 1 or 2 cm long.

I also lose a lot hair when I comb them under the shower.

Is there a way to fix that ?

I will probably have FFS in 6 months. My surgeon can stretch the skin to reduce the lack of hair on the temples. Is it worth it or can I regrow the hair on this area (or do something else to fix this) ?
