So Im on my 2nd day of using my pc(it was used before)

And today i shut down and turned on my pc like 2-4 times in the span of 4 hours ish(idk if that plays a role) and on my last shutdown I couldn't turn my pc on, and I have tried waiting and holding the power button and have also tried the clrtc thing(had a swedish krona between the 2 pins to try and restart it or whatever( i used gemini and chatgpt to help too)

But it still wont turn on, any help or any other possible solutions?
